1. About Us
This website and related services are operated by Roanoke Development LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No: 16334378). "We" or "Us" refers to Roanoke Development LTD.
We develop and distribute premium server-side Minecraft mods ("Mods") for Minecraft servers, primarily for use with the Cobblemon mod. You can gain access to our premium mods via:
Subscription/Membership Tier (via a third-party platform): access to mod downloads, updates, and support while your subscription is active
Perpetual Licences (one-time purchase): access to mod downloads, updates, and support
Custom Commissions: privately requested, made, and distributed mods to solve specific use cases (separate terms apply)
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

2. Definitions
"Services" means our mods, subscription offerings, downloads, support, updates, and any community spaces we manage (e.g. Discord).
"Mod" means any .jar file or other software developed and distributed by us.
"Subscription" means any paid access tier through a supported payment platform.
"Licence" means the right to use a Mod as defined below.
"Server" means a single Minecraft server process (JVM instance)
When you access a Mod via purchase or subscription, you are granted a limited licence to use it, as defined below:
A. Perpetual Mod Licence (One-Time Purchase)
If you purchase a Mod as a standalone, one-time transaction, you are granted a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Mod on one public Minecraft server process (single JVM instance) per licence.
Reasonable use of additional test/development servers under the same licence is permitted solely for non-public internal use, but production use must comply with the one-server-per-licence model. Reasonable use includes local or private test instances used solely for internal development or quality assurance (QA), but not publicly accessible servers.
For multi-server (or "cross-server") or networked deployments (e.g., Velocity or BungeeCord), each server process requires its own licence. Exceptions may be made via written agreement, through a bundle/multi-server purchase, or subscription tier.
B. Subscription-Based Access (Recurring Payment)
If you access a Mod as part of a subscription, your licence is temporary and tied to your active subscription status. You may only use the Mod while your subscription remains active and your access tier includes it. Once your subscription ends or your access tier changes, your licence to use the associated Mods also ends.
C. Support and Updates Access Access to support and updates is only available to active subscribers or perpetual licence holders.
D. No Redistribution
Redistribution, resale, or uploading of Mods is strictly prohibited. Mods are licensed, not sold.
Sharing .jar files, even privately with team members, is considered redistribution unless they are directly involved in server management and access is restricted.
Sharing with external developers, friends, or other servers is not permitted - even if they are "helping". You are ultimately responsible for your staff's actions - if your staff redistribute the mods, you will be held responsible as the licensee.
All of our premium Mods are server-side only. You must not distribute them in modpacks, share them with players, or include them in client-facing downloads.
E. Modifying or Reverse Engineering
You may not modify, reverse engineer, or decompile our Mods. For integrations with third-party mods or systems, we’re happy to offer official support or APIs where appropriate—please contact us to discuss compatibility.
It is your responsibility to ensure your selected tier or purchase includes the intended features. Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases, including incorrect tier selection or failure to cancel before renewal.
If you are unsure about something, you should contact us - we are happy to answer queries to avoid disappointment for any party.
Subscriptions are handled via third-party platforms. You are responsible for managing your subscription through the relevant platform.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
You acknowledge that by completing a purchase or subscribing, the Mod becomes available for immediate download, constituting the full delivery of the digital service.
By purchasing or subscribing to access our Mods, you expressly agree to receive immediate access to digital content and waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This means you will not be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period or refund, as the service is considered delivered once the Mod download is made available.
Support is available during business hours on a reasonable-effort, fair-use basis. We may limit responses to repeated or time-consuming requests beyond fair use.
Priority support and formal service-level agreements (SLAs) may be arranged separately on a per-client basis.
You agree not to:
Harass or abuse community members
Share explicit content or personal information
Redistribute Mods
Violate any applicable laws
We reserve the right to suspend access to Services (including Discord or mod updates) if you breach these guidelines.
All mods, source code, branding, and related materials remain our property. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute our Mods.
Any feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions you provide may be used, modified, or incorporated into our Services without obligation, though we always appreciate attribution where possible.
Access to Mods, downloads, and support may depend on external services (e.g. Discord, payment providers). We are not responsible for downtime, platform outages, or access loss due to third-party service changes.
We will attempt to restore access if you lose it through no fault of your own (e.g., account hijacking), but make no guarantees.
If we ever discontinue Services or cease operations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide continued access to any Mods you have a valid licence for. However, we cannot guarantee permanent hosting or availability.
We reserve the right to revoke your access or licences if:
You violate these terms
You misuse support or distribute our work
You breach community guidelines
While we make every effort to avoid breaking changes, it is your responsibility to test all updates on a staging server before production. We cannot be held liable for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by untested updates or configuration changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption to your server, data, or business arising from use or inability to use our Mods.
All Services are provided 'AS IS' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. You accept any and all risk arising out of use or performance of any of our Services - including, but not limited to, plugin or mod conflicts, Minecraft version changes, or server-side performance issues.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England.
These terms replace any previous agreements, licences, or purchase terms. Continued use of the Mods means you accept these updated terms.
We are not affiliated with Cobblemon, Mojang, Microsoft, Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company. NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG.
